Kerry Group welcomes applications from the full spectrum of academic disciplines, including postgraduate studies across the world. Graduates recruited by Kerry join a well-structured training and development programme aimed at building solid foundations for a long term career. Embracing both offsite and onsite training, programmes are designed by management teams through discussion with each graduate.

Kerry Group offers two distinct types of graduate programmes.

The first programme is geared towards undergraduates and taught masters students across the disciplines of finance, operations, production, engineering, new product development, sales, quality assurance and information technology.

The second programme offered by Kerry Group is our PhD Programme, which is aimed at people possessing a PhD or Research Masters in Food Science or in other science-related disciplines. This programme is an ideal opportunity for those who want to demonstrate commercial ability in a truly international business environment.
